Vibrant abstract oil on canvas, signed lower right Louis Picek (American b 1947) dated 1971, as found condition, black wood shadow box frame. Picek studied at the University of Iowa, receiving a BA and MA in painting. His main instructor was Milton Resnick, an abstract expressionist from New York who was a contemporary of Jackson Pollack. 29.5” high x 25.75” wide x 1.25” overall deep. Item 508.24
